Dr. Craig McDaniel M.D.

Dr. McDaniel has practiced family medicine in Jonesboro since 1981. He graduated from Harding University and the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences receiving the doctor of medicine degree, and completed his residency in family practice at AHEC-NE in Jonesboro.

Dr. McDaniel has worked with both St. Bernard’s and NEA Baptist during this time. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and is a member in good standing of the Arkansas Medical Society, Arkansas Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

 

Dr. McDaniel's practice is now office-based outpatient care for patients of all ages, in a family practice setting. He is also a member of First Baptist Church of Jonesboro. He is married to his wife Cindy, and has four children, Kyle, Cory, Lauren and Macy, two daughters’ in-laws, Rebekah and Jessica, and five grandchildren, Lilah, Harriet, Fletcher, Cheyenne and Aria. He looks forward to serving you as a primary care physician.

CANDY WRAY APRN

Candy (King) Wray has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University in 1992 and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Harding University in 2018, where she was recognized by her peers with the Outstanding Colleague Award.

Mrs. Wray is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is currently the President of the state’s chapter of the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates. She has worked at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital and NEA Medical Center in Cardiovascular, Pediatric and Adult Intensive Care Units. She has experience also in Emergency Room, Recovery Room, Surgery and Gastroenterology. Mrs. Wray is an active American Heart Association instructor in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

 

Candy is married to Ralph Wray and they have two daughters, Anna Grace and Lilli Wray. She makes her home in Jackson County where she is active in the Swifton United Methodist Church and NEAR the Cross Emmaus Communities. She enjoys following her nephews’ ball teams and is often found volunteering as team doctor for the Tuckerman Bulldogs Athletic Teams.
